Politica di cancellazione
In the event of cancellation following the coronavirus health crisis, we will refund the deposit without conditions.
Penal clause - Deposit
It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:
-The lessor will be required to pay, within seven days following the withdrawal, double the deposit to the tenant.
-The tenant will lose the deposit if he withdraws more than three weeks before the lease takes effect; if he withdraws less than three weeks before the lease takes effect, he will also pay to the owner the difference between the deposit and the equivalent of the total rent, as a penalty clause.
